This privacy notice for Bouncy Feet GmbH describes how we process your information when you visit our website (bouncy-feet.ch) or when you use the Bouncy Feet app.

In summary, Bouncy Feet GmbH does not process user videos and only collects minimal data about how its users access their services.

Data collected

By default, Bouncy Feet GmbH only collects per page access statistics to understand how their services are used. This data may be linked to your username.

When you record videos inside the app, this video stays on your device and is not automatically shared with Bouncy Feet GmbH. All the processing happens on your device. Bouncy Feet GmbH does not have access to videos you record in their app, unless you specifically send it to them.

You may opt in to share additional information with Bouncy Feet GmbH inside the app. This can improve your experience, for example by adding your personal progress on the public leader board.

How we share data

Any data made public or shared with third parties will be anonymized. For example, Bouncy Feet GmbH may share how many users have accessed a specific page but they will not share personally identifiable information about who those users were.

Review or delete my data

You can always request to see all the data Bouncy Feet GmbH has collected on your user by sending an email with the subject “User data request” to jakob@bouncy-feet.ch. Use the subject “User data deletion request” if you want your data to be removed.

You will have to provide proof of your username under the guidance of Bouncy Feet GmbH before your request can be honoured.
